Veteran culinary expert Mdm Choo charms with a versatile repertoire that runs the gamut from vegetarian delights to restaurant-style cuisine to gourmet snacks. Join her hands-on cooking class and learn to make Oiishi Sushi, Crispy Teriyaki Chicken and Blackforest cake. She even has a class specially for children to learn to make Chocolate Cake and ice cream!

 

Mr KC Tan shares his recipe for Original Hainanese Chicken Rice and Shark’s Fin Soup. He also demonstrates how to stir-fry Vegetables in Oyster Sauce and unveils an unusual dessert of Sour Plum in Tomato.

 

Renowned Chinese cuisine Chef Leow brings you Seafood Specialities in three separate workshops. Learn the secret to whipping up restaurant-standard Crispy Baby Squid with home-made honey, San Bei Prawn, Braised Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, Crispy Sotong with Lemongrass Sauce and lots more.

 

Chef Yong gives full play to his western-influenced cooking with a delectable pasta selection that includes Pasta with Alfredo Sauce, Lasagne Al Forno and Fish and Chips. Not forgetting his Asian roots, he serves up Spicy Chips with Coriander Dip, Green Mango Coleslaw and an Asian Style Christmas Turkey.
