The Club offers many fitness programmes to help you stay in the pink of health. Whether you choose to de-stress with Yoga or stretch out with Pilates or heat things up a notch with Cardio Kickboxing, the results are as beneficial. While you are at it, have fun and make friends.

 

Yoga

Yoga is all about finding balance through physical and mental exercises. It is ideal for easing tension and stress after a day’s work or for nourishing and revitalising the body and mind to improve your quality of life.

 

Pilates

Get into shape through learning good breathing and good posture. Pilates emphasises flexibility and overall strength over body bulk. Its contribution in the areas of fitness and physical rehabilitation has attracted quite a following among the health and body-conscious.
