Everyone can benefit from learning
how to interact well with others and from building and
encouraging productive relationships. Interpersonal skills and
tact are critical to successful managing, cooperating, selling,
problem-solving and other aspects of one’s work and personal
life.
Special attention will be given at
this workshop on how to handle difficult people and diffusing
emotional stress. Participants will also learn the different
methods of finding rational solutions to all types of
interaction problems.
