Exotic
dancing is about learning how to reach deep within, finding your
own inner beauty and grace and combining it into sensual
movements that tastefully accentuate
the curves of your body. Once the music is on, let these
supple, feminine movements nurture, cherish and release the
passion within you.
Exotic
dancing moves
are specially choreographed to help a woman exude confidence and
style as she sheds her inhibitions, overcomes fears of
self expression and discovers new ways to spice up
relationships.
After
exotic dancing, students can move on to pole dancing, a dance
that combines
classic pole work, dance and sexy floor moves with a focus on
stretching, toning, strengthening and of course, having fun!
These courses are for ladies only, so come with an open mind and
a fun spirit!
