Life's worries can ruin our health, sour our
disposition and harm our social and business relationships.
Fortunately, there is an effective remedy. As laughter is the
best medicine, laugh therapy provides penetrating insights that
reveal the comical edge of what we ordinarily find so
oppressively serious. You'll have a new appreciation of life
with all of its problems as you realize that the universe has
always been smiling at you and waiting eagerly for you to smile
back.
At this workshop, laugh therapy is combined with
aroma, music and body movements to offer a powerful way to relax
the body, mind and emotion. You can learn to laugh in a group
for 15 to 20 minutes without depending on jokes or comedic
routines. What you need to learn is laughter exercises based on
Yoga breathing, which turns into real laughter when practised in
a group.
Let instructor Bryan teach you to laugh and
release the aches and tension, to help you slim down and improve
your skin condition and even to improve your immune system.
Dress in simple and comfortable attire which allows for light
stretching. The exercises are low impact with no side effects,
except perhaps a few laugh wrinkles!
