Mid-Autumn Festival

The mid-autumn festival is a time when families gather for mooncakes and Chinese tea as the laughter of children playing with their multi-coloured lanterns permeate the air.  However, for those living in the home for the aged, it would just be another day. So in this mid-autumn festival, let’s start the celebration with something meaningful. Let us first visit the All Saints Home in Tampines for a mini celebration with the residents in the morning.  After the good deed, the next stop is at Chinatown where we will soak in the celebratory mood and enjoy a lunch at our own expense. After taking in the excitement of Chinatown , we will have a tea appreciation session with two types of premium tea and a selection of mooncakes and other snacks, to round-off the celebration.

Saturday, 17 Sep 05, 8.15am - 5.00pm

Coach departs from Tessensohn Clubhouse at 8.15am sharp
