popular demand! Learn how to make classic Western soups like
tasty cream of asparagus soup, lobster bisque, and more!
Participants will learn how to make authentic soups from an
ex-hotel chef. They will use all fresh ingredients and make
the soup from scratch, without any artificial flavouring.

Fee: Member $38, Public Officer/ Guest $42 (Fee includes all
ingredients used during the demonstration. Participants will
be served with soup and garlic bread)
