Authentic Classic Western Soups

Back by popular demand! Learn how to make classic Western soups like tasty cream of asparagus soup, lobster bisque, and more! Participants will learn how to make authentic soups from an ex-hotel chef. They will use all fresh ingredients and make the soup from scratch, without any artificial flavouring.
