WELL-KNOWN actress and health advocate Koh Chieng Mun is here to show you that preparing healthy and nutritious meals is simple and easy. Through her demonstrations, you will learn how to make dishes that will contribute to your health and well-being, as well as reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

 

Low-GI Food Demonstration

COOKING low-GI foods is healthy, nutritious, and easy to follow. Low-GI carbohydrates, which are healthy, high-fiber carbohydrates, are found in everyday foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and nuts. More importantly, low-GI foods offers significant benefits for controlling blood sugar and lowering the risk of chronic diseases. Find out how you can use them in your everyday cooking!
