THE art of
Chinese tea appreciation dates back more than 2000 years,
and avid Chinese tea drinkers are known to pursue the
perfect tea leaf as fervently as connoisseurs of fine
wines. Savour some of the world’s finest Chinese teas at
Yixing Xuan Teahouse and drink in the knowledge of tea and
its health benefits. In this workshop, you will learn about
the various kinds of tea leaves, equipment and how to tea is
prepared traditionally. You will also get to indulge your
senses by pairing a selection of teas with delectable tim
sum prepared by a five-star hotel tim sum chef.
