·     Kashmiri Baby Potatoes: Dum Aloo in a rich creamy curry sauce w/fruits & nuts

·     Palak Panir: homemade cottage cheese cubes in a delicious spinach curry sauce

·     Kashmiri Rice: caramelised and garnished with herbs, fruits & nuts

·     Homemade cottage cheese cubes 

·     Butter Chicken: boneless chicken marinated and cooked in gourmet creamy sauce.

·     Punjabi Daal: rich, fragrant herbed curry with a combination of 3 types of lentils

·     Kirti’s Roti Pratas: Indian-style bread made low-fat and roasted on cast-iron griddle
