THIS class is
specially designed for people in their 50s and 60s, focusing
on maintaining strength and flexibility for an active and
healthful life. Breathing and meditation techniques taught
in this class will help you relieve stress and improve your
concentration along with strengthening and toning your body.
Open to all levels, beginners are welcome too! Instructor
Jade Diaz is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and a
Stott Pilates Mat trained instructor.
