Lose Fat and Gain Energy the GI Way

Tired of diets that don’t work? Then learn to lose weight permanently and healthily in this RESET Your Body workshop. Learn all about how an understanding of the Glycemic Index (GI) of the food we eat can help us make more efficient use of our food, help us gain more energy, look good and feel great! The GI measures how fast the foods we eat turn into sugar in our blood stream.

 

The workshop starts with an analysis of each participant’s body fat analysis so you can understand your risks and the corresponding measures to take. Learn the USANA 5-day RESET programme which teaches you to lose the cravings, lose weight and find a new you.

 

Workshop Facilitator Ms Karen Leong is trained in health and nutrition at USANA’s Head-quarters in Utah, USA.
