The
tennis courts are open to members, their spouses and children
under the age of 21 and their guests. |

- The courts may be
booked by members not more than 8 days before the day of play
and not more than 2 sessions in a day by any one member up to
a maximum of 6 sessions in any 7 days. Booking for the 8th day
shall commence at 7pm on weekdays, 2pm on Saturdays and 9.30am
on Sundays and Public Holidays. A player wishing to book a
court must have his / her name entered in the tennis booking
record by the staff of the Club against the particular court
and period required.

- If a member has
utilized the maximum number of sessions of bookings permitted
per week, but 24 hours before commencement of play, a
particular court has not been booked and is available, he/she
may book the court.

| 3. |
Bookings
shall be made personally or through an authorized proxy. The
membership card must be produced at the time of booking. Bookings
shall be open from 9.30am to 9pm daily at the Tessensohn
Clubhouse. Bookings shall be accepted on a
"first-come-first-served" basis. However, the Board of
Governors and Executive Committee shall have priority in the
booking of facilities. |

Double
session bookings shall not be allowed between 5.00pm and 8.00pm. |
| 5. |
The
Management may at any time, by notification on the Clubhouse
Notice Boards, reserve all or any of the courts, on any day for
the purpose of holding tournaments or Inter-Club matches. |
| 6. |
The
Executive Committee shall have the discretion to approve changes
in the sessions, charges and fees from time to time. |
| 7. |
Children
under the age of 12 may not use the courts unless accompanied by
an adult member. The adult member need not play but should stay in
the squash court area and remain in-charge of the children who are
playing. |
| 8. |
Guests
shall be signed in before commencement of play, failing which,
members will be charged 3 times the amount due as guests' fees. |
| 9. |
A member may introduce up to 3 guests
per session. No person shall be introduced as a guest to the Club
more than twice in any calendar month. The Executive Committee
shall have the discretion to approve changes in the guest's fee
from time to time. |
| 10. |
The
member booking the court shall be present for play, failing which,
he shall be liable to disciplinary action. |
| 11. |
No
cancellation or postponement of bookings shall be entertained. |
| 12. |
Before
commencement of play, the player shall deposit the booking receipt
into the display booking receipt box located outside the court.
Players who used the courts without booking shall be liable to pay
3 times the booking charges. |
| 13. |
When
a court is not playable due to rain, there will be no automatic
transfer of the bookings. The affected party will have to inform
the booking office (within 7 days from the date of play) and will
be allocated a fresh booking in place of his original receipt to
cover the revised booking. If no such fresh booking is made within
7 days, the fees will be forfeited. |

The
Management shall decide if the courts are fit for play at any
time. |
| 15. |
Players
shall only wear appropriate tennis attire when playing in the
courts. The Management shall have the power, from time to time, to
stipulate the proper forms of attire for tennis. |
| 16. |
Only
non-marking rubber-soled shoes appropriate for tennis may be worn
by players on the courts. Any other forms of footwear are strictly
forbidden within the courts areas. |
| 17. |
Players
will be liable for any damage caused by them or their guests to
the tennis courts, and to the property of the Club. |
