Yoga

After a hard day’s work, ease the tension and stress with a session of yoga. Ideal for nourishing and revitalising the body and mind, yoga offers an exercise and meditation technique that can improve your quality of life.  

 

Pilates

Get into shape through learning good breathing and good posture. Pilates  emphasises flexibility and overall strength over body bulk. Its contribution in the areas of fitness and physical rehabilitation has attracted quite a following among the health and body-conscious.

  
Hip Hop Dance Funk

If you have never experienced the street-smart excitement of hip hop dance, you’re missing out on some great action!  This class lets you exercise to lots of exciting hip hop choreography done to a funky soundtrack. Get in on it now!

  

Hotfeet! Contemporary Dance

It’s groovy, it’s fun and it moves your body in many fantastic fat-burning ways! Feel the energy in this combination of modern dance fused with creative elements of jazz and hip hop dance moves.

  

Aqua Aerobics

If you are looking for a fitness routine that does not put too much strain on your joints, Aqua Aerobics is your thing! Easy on the bones and great for mobility and flexibility, this is a great and therapeutic exercise that is suitable for young and old, men and women.
  
Fitness Tips
Like the warm-up, the cool-down is an essential part of the Total Fitness Plan. It helps to gradually lower your heart rate to a comfortable level at the end of any form of physical activity. So if you are tempted to skip it, our advice is, don’t.

 

Cool down methods

Jogging

When jogging to cool down, start out at a moderate pace and slow down to a walk over 5 minutes. Take your time and enjoy it. Treat it as a reward for your hard work.

 

Stretching

Always include stretching in your cool down. Stretch all major muscle groups but give priority to the muscles you use in your workout and daily life. A proper cool down will decrease the body temperature and help prevent aches and pain.
