This seminar which includes a 4-course dinner of French Onion Soup, Chicken Piccata, Caesar's Salad, Blackforest Cake & Coffee/Tea teaches you dining etiquette. Ms Teo Ser Lee, who was trained at The Protocol School of Washington and now Director of Protocol Academy Pte Ltd, will cover topics such as the correct way to pick up your napkin, proper styles of dining, protocol and types of toast to suit the occasion, planning formal settings and other dining etiquette. Notes will also be provided.
