Learning how to cook is a pleasure at our fully-equipped Cookery Studio and Hands-on Baking Studio at Club CSC @ Tessensohn. With a team of talented chefs to guide you, you will be serving up restaurant-standard meals for family and friends in no time!

 

Get ready for the season with Chef Yong’s Christmas specials such as Roast Turkey with Orange Cranberry Marmalade and Roast Pork Loin with Apple Chutney.

 

Mrs Jambu brings you recipes for authentic Indian dishes such as Dum Brayari Rice, Spicy Pineapple Achar and Branjal Pachadi. She also dishes up Thai delights such as Chicken Green Curry and Sticky Glutinous Mango Rice.

 

For melt-in-your-mouth desserts, let Ms Evelyn tempt you with Dutch Apple Crumble Cake & Original Pineapple Tarts.
