QI GONG

Qigong is the art of stimulating the internal "qi" energy to flow smoothly round the "qi" channels in our body system. With constant practice of Qigong, you will be able to strengthen the metabolic process, regenerate cells, rectify functions of the organs and develop better resistance to diseases.

Madam Chan Siok Fong learned her Qigong from master researchers from the Shanghai Qigong Institute. She will be teaching three different Qigong styles, all of which help towards stimulating the flow of your internal “qi”.

Qigong Meditation

Meditation provides a break from all thinking activities and nourishes the body with the genuine internal "qi" by means of deep breathing and stillness of the mind. Learn how to regulate your "qi" with deep breathing and how to relax all parts of the body using the Triple-Path Relaxation technique to stabilise emotions and enhance calmness. Using the method of "dan-tian" meditation, you will be able to internally nourish the whole body with genuine "qi".

This can be practised anytime and anywhere.  Learn the techniques of massaging different parts of the body and applying acupressure with your hands, knuckles and fingers on topical energy points.
