Snowskin Mooncakes (Hands-on)
Make your very own exotic
snowskin mooncakes! Without using a premix, you will learn
how to made the lotus paste filling. Each participant will
get a sample of the snowskin mooncake packed in a container.
Recipes will be provided; you may wish to bring writing
materials to jot down notes.

Kaya Creme Brulee & Kaya Friands (Demo)
Make
Kaya Creme Brulee, a
popular restaurant dessert, with a local twist. This is a
creamy egg custard topped with a crispy caramilised sugar
topping. With the excess egg whites from making creme brulee,
kueh lapis or even ice cream, learn how to use it to make
healthy XO Kaya Almond Friands. Each participant will get
sample each of the Kaya Creme Brulee and XO Kaya Almond
Friand packed in a container. Recipes will be provided; you
may wish to bring writing materials to jot down notes.
