Learn how to make a healthy Bird’s Nest Cheesecake (chilled) for family and friends, using ingredients such as yoghurt. You’ll also get to see how to prepare and appreciate quiche! A sample each of the Bird’s Nest Cheesecake and quiche packed in a container will be given to every participant. Recipes are provided; you may bring writing materials to take down your own notes.
