Tennis For Everyone
These Fun Tennis Programmes
aim to provide students chances to learn, enjoy and play
tennis matches socially and competitively. From the basics
to more advanced players, there is a course to suit
everyone!
Beginners level:
Be introduced to the art of
hand-eye coordination, proper techniques for basic strokes
and learn basic technical skills in forehands, backhands,
serves and volleys.
Intermediate level
Here, you’ll learn how to
apply new methods of stroke production and biomechanics, be
more consistent in your play from the service-line and
baseline, as well as single and doubles game strategies.
Advanced level
The focus will be on the
development of match play strategy and tactics, various
training drills on improving speed, agility and serves, and
also an opportunity to play against and share experiences
with players from the national team.
