Preparing For Childbirth

Childbirth classes will prepare you and your spouse physically and emotionally. In this comprehensive workshop, the childbirth educator will guide you on what to expect during pregnancy, labour and beyond. Topics include pre-natal nutrition, antenatal visits, coping with labour, and exercise techniques, as well as baby care issues such as breast-feeding techniques.
