Open to all races, this class is conducted in Mandarin with English explanations and focuses on simple and functional dialogue. Instructor Tan Swee Liang is a member of the Singapore Writers’ Association, and has been teaching languages at the PA and Queenstown PAP Community Foundation, Continual Learning Center.
