quickly and accurately in their minds that some can even surpass
children using calculators!
Abacus-Mental
Arithmetic first teaches the use of the abacus and later how to
do mental sums using a set of formulae taught during the first
part of the course. At this stage, learners do not use the
abacus but rely solely on their memory. The ability to calculate
quickly and
accurately makes maths a breeze. The training
conducted in English,
also improves children’s memory,
concentration and flexibility.
