How do I take part? |
| |
a) |
i) |
Membership
Drive
If you are already a
CSC member (ordinary or associate), you will need to
convert your monthly membership to term membership (1-year,
3-year, 5-year or 8-year). For conversion to one-year
membership, you get one Win A Lancer Lucky Draw Coupon; for
a 3-year conversion, you get 3 coupons and so on:

c. By mail
– you can send by post your completed form to us together
with your cheque and reach us by 31 Dec 08. Your cheque
must be crossed and made payable to "Civil Service Club".
Please take the chance to notify CSC of your new mailing
address if you had changed your address and had not notified
us. You will receive, within 14 working days, your receipt
and the requisite number of lucky draw coupons. Please fill
up your coupon(s) and deposit them in the lucky draw boxes
placed at any of CSC’s three Clubhouses; you must do this
before 1:00am on 5 Jan 09 (for Club CSC @ Bukit Batok and
Club CSC @ Tessensohn) and 11:00pm on 4 Jan 09 (for Club CSC
@ Changi).

In person
– alternatively,
you can personally submit your completed form together with
your payment (cheque, NETS or cash) at any of the 3
Clubhouses and Corporate Services Office. Please take the
chance to notify CSC of your new mailing address if you had
changed your address and had not notified us. You will
receive, on the spot, your receipt and the requisite number
of lucky draw coupon(s) if you sign up during office hours
at the Corporate Services office. If you sign up at the
front office of the other 3 clubhouses, you will receive,
within 14 working days, your receipt and the requisite
number of lucky draw coupons. Please fill up your coupon(s)
and deposit them in the lucky draw boxes placed at any of

Draw boxes located in the Jackpot room of the three
clubhouses. The jackpot room opens daily from 10am to 1am
for Tessensohn and Bukit Batok Clubhouses and from 10am to
11pm for Changi Clubhouse. |

The winner
must produce identification card without demand. |

5. |
All lucky
draw coupons must be completed and deposited into the lucky
draw boxes located at the three clubhouses before 1:00am on
5 Jan 09 (for Club CSC @ Bukit Batok and Club CSC @ Tessensohn) and
11:00pm on 4 Jan 09 (for Club CSC @ Changi). Incomplete
particulars will be considered null and void.

lucky draw coupons are accepted. |

7. |
Colour and
specification of the car shown may not be representative of
actual prize - Mitsubishi Lancer GLX. Prize excludes COE, registration fee, IU unit,
insurance, radio licence fee and licence plate. |

8. |
Winner shall
obtain the COE, insurance and road tax for the
registration of the Vehicle, which shall take place
after the Draw Date. Winner undertakes to pay
for the registration fee, road tax, GST,
number plate expenses, radio license fee and any other
relevant additional costs pertaining to the Vehicle to
enable the vehicle to be registered within 3 months from the
Draw date. |

9. |
Winner shall
have up to three (3) months from the Draw Date to
register the Vehicle. Any extension beyond the
three (3) months’ deadline shall not be entertained. |

|
10. |
The vehicle shall be
registered in the name of the Winner. Any request by the
Winner to register the Vehicle in the name of any other
person shall be subject to the sole and absolute discretion
of Cycle and Carriage Automotive Pte Ltd (CCA). If the
Winner is under 21 years of age, he/she will be allowed to
transfer the Vehicle to his/her nominee provided that the
necessary authorisation or other documentary evidence as may
be required by CCA is furnished. |

11. |
The prize car
is strictly non exchangeable and staff and immediate
family of Civil Service Club are not eligible for the
Draw. |

|
12. |
The Club
reserves the rights to draw one or more reserve
winners at the lucky draw to replace any winner
subsequently found to be disqualified. |
| |
|
13. |
Under no
circumstances shall the winner whose prize has been
forfeited to be entitled to any compensation
whatsoever. |
| |
|
14. |
The Club
reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms &
conditions without prior notice. |
| |
|
15. |
The Club’s decision on all
matters relating to the draw shall be final and no
correspondence will be entertained |
