Ingredients
1.5 cups plain flour
1/3 cup (85g) soft
butter
2 tablespoons caster
sugar
2 eggs yolks
1 tablespoon cold water
Apricot jam
Assortment of fresh
fruit
2 tablespoons Kirsch
Method
1. Sift the flour and add
butter, sugar and egg yolks.
2. Blend together and add
water.
3. Wrap and chill for 1
hour.
4. Roll out dough, cut to
fit tartlet pans.
5. Cook in hot oven for 10
mins. Preheat 150 C.
6. Remove tartlets from
pans and brush with apricot jam.
7. Filled with fresh fruit
and sprinkle Kirsch on it.
