Spicy Lime Chicken
  
Ingredients

1 chicken, cleaned and quartered

2 large onions, sliced

2 tbsp oil

6 limes, extract juice

½ tbsp white pepper

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

Grind in blender with 1 cup water

20 shallots

10 dried chillies

4 red chillies

1 tbsp belacan

  
Method

Marinate chicken with lime juice, pepper, soy sauce and sugar and let it stand for 1 hour.

Heat oil in sauce pan and stir-fry the ground ingredients until fragrant.

Add marinated chicken with some water.

Cook until chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.

Stir in sliced onions and serve.
